Your pack shipment

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are shipped first class on the same day! Please note that if your order is over £50 before any discount is applied, then your order will be sent via DPD and will require a signature. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following working day.

For DPD orders, if the order is placed on Friday before 2pm the expected delivery date for this will be the following Monday.

Please ensure to include your name and address on the inside of the returned parcel. Please also note that E-liquids are non-returnable, this does not however affect your statutory rights.
